This is us
We are Nele, Jalil, Stefanie and Sebastian – passionate campers, outdoor fans, thoroughbred travelers and on the road all year round with our dogs in the caravan and motorhome.
In our online magazine, our videos, our podcast and our book, together with our authors, we let you share our camping knowledge and the diverse experiences that we have been able to gather over many years.
Nele and Jalil are journalists, video producers and photographers and have now traveled to around 25 European countries as “digital nomads”. From Norway to Albania and from Portugal to the Baltic States – always on the lookout for the most beautiful spots, the rustic villages and the tastiest food. In winter, they usually go to their second home Mexico for several months.
Always with them: terrier girl Zoe, who with her cheeky stubbornness and her daily new ideas ensures that it is never boring. Their Fendt caravan, which they have upgraded to a “road office,” serves as a cozy home and central control center for the editorial team.
Stefanie and Sebastian lived in a mobile home for almost six years, but have since settled in beautiful Portugal for the sake of their guard dogs Chief and Inge and terrier mix Pepper. From there, they now take shorter camping trips in the surrounding area and further afield.
The two are experts in online marketing, social media and all things technology in the camper. They also love faraway places like New Zealand, China or the USA and have a big soft spot for gadgets and connectivity. Therefore, it is not surprising that not only their home, but also their mobile home became a “smart home”.
Our mission?
We want to combine camping and lifestyle, give camping beginners all the tips we wish we had as beginners, tell you our best camping hacks and provide you with the latest info from camping fairs and other events. In short: to offer you a platform where you can find everything you need to know about caravanning and camping in a compact format!
